At Carpaninis we take great care in sourcing and preparing our products. Our collections are built around artisan producers, traditional methods, and carefully selected ingredients.
Your safety and confidence when shopping with us are extremely important.
1. Allergen Awareness
Many of our products contain, or may contain, allergens.
The 14 major allergens recognised under UK food law include:
- Cereals containing gluten (e.g. wheat)
- Milk
- Eggs
- Nuts (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts)
- Peanuts
- Soybeans
- Sesame
- Mustard
- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites
- Fish
- Crustaceans
- Molluscs
- Celery
- Lupin
2. Product Information
We aim to provide clear and accurate ingredient information for all products.
- Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page where available
- Packaging received may occasionally differ slightly due to artisan production updates
- Customers should always check the product label upon delivery before consumption
3. Cross-Contamination Risk
Our products are often produced in small, artisan facilities.
As such:
- Products may be made in environments that handle multiple allergens
- We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens
If you have a severe allergy, we strongly advise contacting us before placing an order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carpaninis shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions to products where allergen information has been made available.
