Carpaninis Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery
We ship with our preferred courier partner DPD, using their Next Day Delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery the following business day in most cases.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Please Note
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery timescales are ultimately in the hands of DPD or the courier of choice and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control — including high-volume periods, adverse weather, or courier delays.
For this reason, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery in every instance. If your order is time-sensitive (for example, a gift for a specific date), we recommend ordering with a little extra time to spare.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over £100.
For orders under £100, shipping is £3.99.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time through DPD's tracking portal.
